Esperanza is our newest completed project located up from the Manhattan Beach Pier. The restaurant features an open air restaurant dining and bar with upstairs rooftop bar

THE BOARDWALK
SAN DIEGO, CALIFORNIA
The Boardwalk is a LEED-Certified Class A cohesive campus that includes three buildings with more than 195,000 square feet of office and lab space with amenities such as a one-acre park, fitness facilities with spa-style locker rooms, an expansive conference center, outdoor collaboration spaces and a full-service restaurant and bar.

SOHO WAREHOUSE
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, CA
The SoHo Warehouse located in the warehouse district of Downtown Los Angeles. A place for eating, drinking and meeting with 48 guest suites. Also features a rooftop pool and bar. Completed in October 2019.

THE HOXTON HOTEL
DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES, CA
The Hoxton Hotel along the Broadway corridor in Downtown Los Angeles that features 174 guest suites. The Roof Terrace is the place to be! Completed October 2019.

BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA
Located in the heart of Beverly Hills Platinum Triangle you will find Tatel. Based in Madrid and Ibiza, Tatel represents the quintessential Spanish traditional Mediterranean cuisine. From Spain to Beverly Hills. Opened September 2021.
